MEET THE TEAM
Tim Elliott
Managing Director
After years of running my own businesses, Recruit on Tim.e Limited has firmly established itself in the marketplace. Built on a strong foundation of existing client relationships, I continue to support acquisitions and store closure programmes. Despite the challenges of the current retail landscape, it remains an active space where I help businesses restructure and navigate change.
Beyond my professional work, I’ve also taken on a commercial modeling role in recent years—a rewarding pursuit that keeps me in shape and adds a fun, dynamic element to my life.
I truly believe in working hard and playing hard—staying adaptable and ahead of the curve is essential in an ever-evolving industry. In this business, you have to embrace the challenge and thrive on it!
Lucy Elliott
Operational Support
Having been part of Recruit on Tim.e since it was founded I have loved being a part of the journey. My role within the business covers many aspects from all the behind the scenes admin to the payroll. Over the years I have made great relationships with all of our clients and suppliers who still to this day I work closely with. I am an incredibly driven and hardworking individual with a vision to take this business to even higher levels with this amazing team.
Louise Keyte
Retail Consultant
My background was a successful career within retail, culminating with a Retail Operations Director role for a luxury menswear brand. After having a family, I returned to retail but in the recruitment sector. I have worked with Tim over the last eventful 7 years, firstly on the Perm recruitment side placing Senior Executives, both in the UK and Internationally. Most recently I have been working on large scale, challenging retail temp projects, aiming to deliver excellent levels of Account Management and Customer Service.
