Temporary Recruitment

Over the years we have successfully placed a large number of temporary staff into a wide variety of retail outlets, warehouses, distribution centres and hospitality with a number of temporary candidates taking a permanent position with the company.
Permanent Placements

Airport
We have recently added the supply of temporary staffing into Airports. Having worked alongside the Administrators we assisted with closure of several Ted Baker retail outlets in London. Airside assignments are quite challenging with strict adherence to the screening process outlined by the aviation authorities and the teams on the ground at the airports. We have delivered some very strong results in this area. The varying shift patterns and logistics does impact on availability and continuity, irrespective of this we achieved a high percentage hit rate on hours requested and delivered. Going forward we are expanding the number of support companies that allow us to flex up when our internal team is stretched, and this has been a massive bonus to the retailers in the airports as reliability is crucial in these areas. We are also able to supply interim and ‘Temp to Perm’ roles, with the ability to transfer and flex up as needed.
European
Having seen the Highstreet decline, and the Retail Parks emerge we enter a new era, new territory. With all this in mind and as a progressive business with a “can do” approach Recruit on Time has engaged with several partners to assist in the supply of manpower overseas, offering a retail support package to the restructuring organisations that have used our services in the UK for the past 20 years. Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc, these are some of the European location, but other parts of the world we also have the capability. Having recently visited a couple of European locations and experienced the culture, style, approach, our team are fully aware of the challenges but also experienced both commercially and operationally to deliver, with strong people skills and the ability to adapt. With good references, feedback this is an area we intend to grow and develop over the next few years.Tim.e.
